THE PLAN INCLUDES:
GETTING STARTED
Once you've contacted us, we will send you an Initital Questionnaire Form, this will help both of us to better understand your challenge and goals (brand development, increase sales, product development, cash flow, etc).
This will also allow us to assess the scope of the plan.
We require a 40% payment in advance before we proceed with our 90 Minute Strategy Session. |
THE SESSION
We then do a 90 minute strategy session with you. During this time, we expand on your business and agree to 4 to 6 goals for the 5 year marketing plan supported by a tactical brainstorming session.
This will allow us to understand your level of comfort, budget investment and time committment you are willing to invest.
We agree to a schedule as to when the marketing plan should be submitted. We design relevant, customer-centric marketing plan through a data-driven approach and customer management. This means we will require to review past plans, pricing, sales history, operations, competition and other relevant information. |
MARKETING PLAN
We do additional research into your industry.
We submit the plan in 2 phases; Phase I: Initial Discovery and Phase II: Complete Plan with schedule.
During the Phase I, we review the plan's direction with you to ensure you are satisfied with the progress.
We will require the second 40% payment at this time.
Once completed, you receive your Marketing Plan with 12 month action plan. This snapshot will help you stay on track and on budget. We also include a budget and templates to help you with budget control.
The last 20% payment will be due.
