The Challenge
Develop the Santa Maria Spa Salon. The owner wanted to increse the brand's visiblity.
The Action
After consultation and research on the spa industry, we proposed a brand extension. Research showed that customers were more likely to purchase the same product used during their treatment. We proposed to develop the Santa Maria Spa private label for natural skin care products. This allowed the Santa Maria Spa Salon to extend their brand name and position itself in a niche segement against the competition.
Result
We designed an elegant, minimal logo and packaging to compliment the Santa Maria Spa location as well as to promote the natural ingredients of the product line.
We also developed our branded public relations campaign to increase their spa visibility. We added a few additional promotional tactics to increase sales. They saw a 40% increase in sales in 3 months.
