The Design Process
Of course, every project has its own unique needs, which may affect our deadlines and other aspects of your blog or website design project. We believe in transpancy. As such, we will always keep you informed on the progress, challenges that we encounter, if any. More importantly, we will provide you with solid business advise along the way to help you with your decision-making process.
Depending on the project size, we provide you with a project schedule; with stages where you will provide your imput and agreed to text and images, if requires. We proceed to the next step only after you are 100% satisfied with the previous step. For this reason, it really helps when you are available on a daily basis so the project can be completed in a timely manner.

Retailer Fee
You will need to make a payment of 20% of the total cost of your project to save a spot on our waiting list.
Analysis
Before we start, we send you a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your goals. We also ask for a competitor list, this will allow us to truly create a distinctive logo and brand identity. No point in spending money on a "same style" as your competitor. This questionnaire will also allow us to understand your taste, needs and expectations. This questionnaire is sent to you after receipt of your retainer fee.
Deposit Payment
Once we've reviewed the questionnaire, 40% of the total project cost will be due. This is required before we start working on your project. Payment is due one week before the start date. Should you not be able to move forward with your project on the proposed start date, just let us early enough so we can make arrangements with other clients.
Design
After we review your design goals and expectations, we develop two to three design mock ups that will reflect color scheme, layout and graphics based on your questionnaire. This is a very important part of the design process. We recommend you are available on a daily basis during this phase as this can delay the project. We will revise any one of these mock ups until you are 100% satisfied or create new mock ups if you feel none of the drafts are heading on the right direction.
Development
After all the design characteristics meet your expectations, we then move to develop the code for your website, adding the design specifications you require as well as data basing (if applicable). During this phase I also enter all your content information (if applicable)
Quality Assurance
After your blog or website is functional, each and every page is put through a rigorous testing where I will test the web site with different browsers and settings to ensure compatibility as well as test of any forms (order, contact, feedback, etc), download speeds, coding validation, etc.
Review and Teaching Session
We test your web site and you are given the opportunity to review and test drive your web site at this time. While you test your website or blog you should take note of any technical questions you might have. I will send you a manual on how to understand and maintain your brand new website (if applicable) and answer any questions you might have.
Final Payment
Final payment (remaining 40%) is due.
Launch
Your blog or website is ready to go! You will have 3-months of unlimited customer support. This does not refer to maintenance services.
